Are samples provided? How is the sample fee settled?

We support providing samples for free, with customers only responsible for the shipping costs. If subsequent bulk orders reach the agreed quantity, the sample shipping costs can be fully deducted.

What is the packaging method of the product? Does it support customized packaging?

By default, neutral kraft paper packaging is used, reinforced with corrugated cardboard boxes for moisture and pressure resistance. Customized color boxes and tote bag packaging are supported. Packaging design drafts can be provided by customers, or our design team can assist in optimization for free.

What is the production cycle? Will the delivery be delayed during peak season?

The production cycle for regular orders is 15-25 days, while for customized orders, it is 25-35 days. We have our own factory and a stable supply chain system. During peak seasons, we plan our production capacity in advance and guarantee timely delivery once the contract is signed.

Do you support OEM/ODM customization? What can be customized?

We support full-process customization for OEM/ODM, allowing us to tailor product dimensions, colors, patterns, and materials according to customer needs. Additionally, we offer private label services (printing customer LOGOs and brand labels) to meet brand operation requirements.

Does the product comply with the relevant standards of the European and American markets?

The product has passed EU REACH and CE certifications, as well as US FDA and CPSIA certifications, fully complying with the access standards of mainstream foreign trade markets such as Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea.

Is the material of the product safe? Will it pose a hazard to pet health?

Our pet supplies are made of food-grade PP, environmentally friendly Oxford cloth, non-toxic rubber, and other materials. They have passed authoritative tests such as SGS and FDA, and are free of odor and harmful chemicals. Neither biting nor contact with these products poses a health threat to pets.
